Our development of 5 Paremata Crescent includes a complete seismic upgrade to 100% NBS (the original building was assessed at just 40%) and an extensive fit out for Extreme Dance. The photos below show just how much work has gone into turning what was once a large open space used by Bright’s Mitre 10 for a number of years into a truly ‘state of art’ professional Dance Studio comprising of four main studios complete with professional sprung dance floors, parent/visitor circulation area, changing and toilet facilities along with office/reception with parent/kids kitchen facilities.
